An electric car is made for tourist runs on a battery with a maximum speed of 25 km/h. With this type of vehicle, visitors don’t have to walk in a long way and also have the opportunity to take photos of Mai Chau from the car. The car has 3 rows of seats for about 6 adults, including the driver. Electric tourist car does not have door for visitors to comfortably enjoy the view. Thanks to low ground clearance and slow speed it is very safe.

Another way to explore Mai Chau is walking. You can walk from the resort to nearby villages such as Lac village, Pom Coong village or see the rice fields around the resort. However, due to the limitation of strength and speed, it is difficult for you to go to the further attractions in Mai Chau.

Hiring a taxi can seem a bit boring because you will be taken to the point of visit as quickly as possible and less chance to linger to visit the sights. However, in hot weather, families with young children and the elderly, this is probably the most convenient transportation option. You can also visit the place outside of Mai Chau area like Ba Khan which is about 30km away from town.

 

Motorcycles are also a fast travel option for tourists, especially young tourists. Many young people travel by motorbike to Mai Chau or rent a motorbike adhoc in Mai Chau.
