≡ Do you serve vegetarian food?

Yes, kindly inform our staff in advance so that we provide the menu you want.

≡ Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in Orchid Restaurant daily.

≡ Are your Ecolodge rates per room or per person?

All rates are per room, based on two guests. Additional charges may apply for additional guests.

≡ Does your Ecolodge have extra bed in room?

Yes. Some of our rooms can arrange an extra bed. Please note, the service is subject to an extra cost.

≡ Do you have family room?

Yes, we have several connecting bungalows that can accommodate your family.

≡ Are baby cots available for the rooms?

Baby cots are available free of charge on request.

≡ Do you have 24-hour room service?

Yes.

≡ Do you have a pet policy?

For the comfort of all guests we do not allow pets in the Ecolodge with the exception of seeing eye dogs accompanying visually impaired guests.

≡ What is the smoking policy at Ecolodge?

Ecolodge is a smoke-free environment. We highly recommend our guests do not smoke in the Ecolodge. Please ask the front office staff for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.

≡ What time is Check-in/ Check-out?

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check in or late check out is available depending on the room's availability. An extra charge will be applicable in this instance.
* Late check - out until 18:00 P.M: half - day rental
* Late check - out after 18:00 P.M: full day rental
* Early check in before 08:00 A.M: full - day rental
* Early check in from 08:00 A.M: half day rental

≡ How can I pay for my booking?

You should pay a deposit to secure your booking with us. We accept online payment via PAYPAL, bank transfer or money transfer. Our staff will assist you with the payment.
