To make the good implementation of Firefighting – Fire Preventionin Ecolodge and enhance the awareness, role and responsibility of Firefighting – Fire Prevention for each employee, on 14/11/2014, Mai Chau Ecolodge coordinated with the training team – Center for Application and Fire Training – Fire Police Office of Hoa Binh Province to organize professional fire training cours and fire practice at the head office of the Ecolodge.

A fire training period in Mai Chau Ecolodge

Joining the training class includes the staffs of Mai Chau Ecolodge along with Second Lt. Le Anh Tuan (Fire Police Office of Hoa Binh Province) & Lo Van Thieu (Public Security of Mai Chau District).

During the training period, all people were instructed the precautions of flammable and explosive cases, how to use the mini fire extinguisher as well as the necessary regulations for fire-fighting and fire prevention. All people are also heard the reports on the large fires in the province as well as in the whole country in the past time and causes of fires in order to draw the experiences in fire-fighting and fire prevention; the responsibilities of organizations, agencies, families and individuals in the implementation of Law on Fire-fighting and Fire prevention; fire precautions; fire rescue organization process; guiding the skills to use and maintain the fire equipment at the facility; practicing to use the fire equipment and devices.

After the theoretical part, people conducted the fire practice with the instruction of the Fire Police Office with the fire equipment such as: portable fire extinguishers, sprinklers, fire pumps and how to handle situations when the explosion occurs.

The fire safety training period with real situations

In addition, the employees in the Company are also communicated the basic knowledge and legal documents about fire fighting and fire prevention, fire causes, fire measures at the workplace and home. Guide people to use the in-place fire equipment, skills and how to handle the situations in each fire case, escape skills and fire measures.

The real content of fire training period

With the rich lecture content and lively situations clips, most of the staffs joining this training period also grasp the most basic knowledge about fire-fighting and fire prevention. After the theoretical period with the guidance of the lecturer, the staffs attending this class practice how to use a powder and CO2 fire extinguisher to stamp out the fire as well as how to handle situations that may occur.

Finishing the class, 100% of participants get chances to do knowledge test to grant the certificate for the course.
